  • Background:
    • To create a memorable and engaging experience for VIP guests attending Alipay Day 2019, to be hosted during Alibaba Expo at ICC, Sydney
    • Project scope including conceptualization of the event theme, related collateral design
  • Goals:
    • Commercial: to solidify existing partner relationship and to increase enquiry rate, as well as consideration for sign-up/partnership
    • Communication: to share Alipay’s vision, to facilitate guests’ interaction with the brand, to demonstrate key brand features

    • 300-350 guests from the following sectors: business owners (shopping & dining, accommodation and transportation), Tourism associations and local government, key retailers, acquiring partners, solution providers and media
