BUPA – Wechat campaign

Objective

One of the leading insurance brands in Australia reached out to us with a brief to lift brand awareness and enhance brand distinction amongst Chinese travelling and migrating to Australia. We created in-language communication material adapted from English for POS, wrote content and designed a new in-language website, and planned & executed a 3–month brand awareness campaign on WeChat. The first burst delivered over 420,000 impressions per article on WeChat, drove 700+ new traffic to the Chinese site and generated over 200 calls to their newly launched Chinese service hotline.
